A pivotal moment in the brand's journey was a trip to Mexico City a few years ago. There, I discovered a remarkable woman running a small family business supporting artisans in Mexico's Sierra Madre mountains. These talented artisans make stunning basket bags and hats using intricate hand-braiding and weaving techniques passed down through generations. I was so inspired by the craftsmanship that goes into each item that I began purchasing their works of art and started selling them. This marked the beginning of the brand's evolution into curating and designing high-quality palm straw fashion accessories. “
