FAQ

  • What's your curating process?

We spend many hours curating to make sure the pieces are of good material, made ethically, beautiful, and have a sense of both timelessness and uniqueness. Most pieces will be in earthy tones to bring versatility while there will also be a handful of pieces with pattern and subtle color.

  • Where do you source your items?

It is a priority for us to work with manufacturers who prioritize ethical production practices. Most of the pieces are sourced from small US based businesses. The pieces that are not made in the US will be marked as “imported” in the listing.

  • How often will you have new collections?

As we are a new business, we are in the process of gauging demand, so this will likely adjust as we learn & grow.

  • What if a piece I wanted is sold out?

To promote slow purchasing and sustainable practices, we order our items in small batches. As we are still gathering an understanding of demand, pieces may sell out quickly. If this happens, you will be able to sign up for restock notifications with your email on the listing. Please do this as it will help us know how to purchase future collections and we may be able to restock some pieces.

  • How do you handle returns or exchanges?

We understand that purchasing online can have it’s difficulties, and there is risk involved with if you’ll like an item or if it will fit you well. If you are not satisfied with an item you receive, send an email to kristine@lottura.com and we will help you put together a return, and if you loved the item and we have sizes still available we’ll work on a exchange. We cover shipping costs and refunds will be given in store credit.

  • Are all your clothes natural fibers?

We aim to have all our pieces be 100% natural fibers. We prioritize cotton and linen. You can read what an item is composed of in the listing description.

  • Can I see your products in person?

Yes! We are based out of a small town in Nebraska, so if you’re in the area email or message us through Instagram to set up a time to come view our pieces.

  • What if I purchased a piece and have worn it a few times, but have now realized it’s not right for me?

We’ve been there too - it happens! We are working towards starting a resell program for Lottura pieces, so hold onto those items until we get it up and running.

  • How do I wash my pieces?

To bring long life to your pieces, it is ideal to hand wash or wash on delicate and then air dry.
