If you purchase an item that you don’t feel will serve you well, email kristine@lottura.com with your order number and what you’d like to return. All return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery & the items must be unworn with tags. We will send you a shipping label, and once we receive the item we will send you an email with in-store credit.

No returns accepted on sale items.

Subscription Cancellation
